Dr. Mary Hawkins brings an exceptional level of expertise, precision, and heart to the world of chiropractic and integrative wellness. Raised in Florida, her passion for alternative medicine was born out of personal experience—having endured multiple motor vehicle accidents that left her with chronic insomnia, limited neck mobility, and persistent neurological symptoms. Despite consulting numerous providers and specialists, lasting relief only came when she received her first Blair Upper Cervical adjustment by Dr. Christopher Lee—an experience that transformed her life and solidified her dedication to this highly specialized technique.
A magna cum laude graduate of Life University, Dr. Mary holds board certification with the California Board of Chiropractic Examiners and earned her Blair Upper Cervical certification while still in school. She has trained extensively in advanced chiropractic techniques including Activator, Thompson, and SOT, allowing her to curate an approach that’s both deeply scientific and intuitively personalized.
Her scope of care is uniquely expansive, she is Webster-certified for perinatal chiropractic care and has completed additional training in pediatric and newborn care, making her trusted by families across generations. Dr. Mary is an active member of the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association. She also brings a sophisticated understanding of physical alignment and movement through her 200-hour yoga instructor certification and functional strength training background.
