I’ve injured myself wakeboarding, snowboarding, getting bucked off a horse, working out, and in car accidents throughout the years and have always counted on them to put me back together! Dr. Tomp changed my life! This is no exaggeration. I had been to see 3-4 other chiropractors for low back pain but the day I seriously injured my back and couldn’t sit or walk, my mom said I “had to see Dr. Tomp”. Dr Tomp is an amazing Chiropractor!! I have been under his care for 10+ years and my back is the best it has ever been since my early 20’s (30 years ago!) Specifically, the Blair adjustment techniques that he has mastered make all the difference. They are gentle and non-invasive and super effective. I had seen literally a dozen or more Chiropractors before Dr Tomp and they all practiced in the same manner. The adjustments were fairly rough and very frequent, sometimes I was advised I needed to be adjusted many times per week, ongoing. With Dr. Tomp and the nature of the upper cervical adjustment, I receive a very low impact adjustment that can last for weeks and even months. I typically only require a full adjustment 3 or 4 times a year, where in the past I might have been adjusted 50+ times in a year. I believe receiving that high level of constant adjustments on my back actually exacerbated my issues at times. His knowledge of health goes way beyond his excellence in chiropractic. At my appointments we regularly discuss a wide range of cutting edge health ideas and I have found Dr Tomp to be very knowledgeable and on point. I really could go on and on about how effective I have found Dr Tomp and his use of the Blair Chiropractic methods. I will simply say my back is almost a non-issue in my life where before I was constantly worried about my back going out (very painful and debilitating) The highest praise I can give Dr Tomp is to say that whenever my wife and I talk about potentially moving out of state someday we always say “What would we do without Dr Tomp? We would have to fly back for treatment!”
